Hypnosis is an amazingly effective tool to create life-changing behavior. While in a state of
deep relaxation, the subconscious mind opens up to receive positive, beneficial suggestions.
Hypnosis is not mind control, and it is not sleep. It is a heightened state of awareness while
deeply relaxed to bypass the critical, conscious mind.
Hypnotherapy is a team effort. Although clients are very relaxed, their awareness is actually
heightened. The client must want to be hypnotized and truly want to change the issue for
hypnosis to work. Since the process is a team effort, clients will not do or say anything in a
hypnotic state that they might not otherwise do or say.
The process of hypnosis is wonderful! It is relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable, and clients
receive tremendous benefit from their sessions. Most issues require 3 to 6 sessions to achieve
the desired results. For more information, please see the FAQs.
