Several studies have shown a significant relationship between successfully conceiving and
practicing mind/body therapeutic techniques. In one study that focused solely on hypnosis
and in vitro fertilization, the success rate went from 14% to 28% with the use of hypnosis.
In two other studies that researched pregnancy rates among women labeled "infertile",
using mind/body techniques raised the pregnancy rate from 20% to 48% and from 20% to
55% respectively. Clearly there is a connection between practicing mind/body techniques
and the chances of conceiving.
I have developed a 7-Step Holistic Program to help couples dealing with fertility issues. The
program combines several different treatment modalities with an audio CD and exercises to
do at home between sessions. It lasts approximately six-seven weeks. While the program
focuses primarily on women's issues, it is easily adapted to fertility issues in men as well.
The cost of the program is $720. This covers all appointments, the at-home exercises, the
audio CD, and of course, respectful, compassionate care. I work with reproductive
endocrinologists, general physicians, acupuncturists, mental health workers, and all other
practitioners related to your fertility journey so you receive the most comprehensive and
best care.
